Here’s a look at my latest published design! Sorry if the scan isn’t too good, I have to play with my digital camera and see what looks good.
This piece is called Purple Posies and I used threads by The Dye is Cast and I have to say I am totally in love with them now. The yellows and purples are WONDERFUL!
You can find the design to stitch in the July issue of The Gift of Stitching. It is an online magazine that is downloadable monthly. I have received 2 issues myself and found wonderful articles and patterns in both that I’d like to stitch for myself.
Have a happy summer, I’m just enjoying the wonderful long days we have up here in the Yukon. Land of the Midnight Sun really says it all when you think of the Yukon in the summer.
I just got back from a lengthy visit to the Canadian prairies and drove back with a large dog and two kids in the backseat. I’m surprised we survived LOL. I’ll be sure to post pictures when I can, the wildlife and scenery were just amazing.
