Can you say brrrrr? Don’t even ask what the temperature is going to be like tomorrow.
November 2006
It’s sunday morning, and I’m looking out at a white landscape. The mountains are white, the trees are white, the clouds are white, the ground is white.
No wait, there are more colours. They are greys…and blues…and silver…and look a faint hint of pink as the sun is starting to rise.
So maybe it’s not all white.
So I’m sitting here waiting for my coffee, the smell is heavenly!!! Northern Comfort by Bean North!!!!
I’ve been letting my blog fall by the wayside the last couple of months. I’ve re-entered the work world!!! No more SAHM for me. Part of me was scared, part of me was frightened and then there was the part that thought I wasn’t good enough.
I was able to get right back into my old career path as a legal assistant without any problems. I was worried the world had passed me by and I’d have to relearn from scratch, but really, how much can office work change? Its all paper.
And I’m just loving it!
Not only do I feel useful but we’re dealing with native issues which is of course near and dear to me. So my job is satisfying two different needs for me.
Now if only I could find time to get back to my designing, my stitching and my knitting. All 3 have fallen to the wayside since September but I’m starting to get into my groove so hopefully, in the coming weeks I’ll have my “me” time all set out. It’s about time, I have my DIVA RR to prepare for! I can’t wait for that.
Have a wonderful sunday morning, enjoy your coffee and sit back and enjoy your view. The world is good.
