A whole 4 lbs now and full of spunk. Zeva is growing, well, at least her ears and legs are growing!
Now that she is a bit bigger (ok, she has doubled in size) and starting to get some wiry hair growing in, the vet believes her parentage may include terrier now…maybe a little jack russel to mix in with her momma’s chihuahua genes.
For now we’re avoiding big gusts of wind, you never know if she’ll go airborne.

This was a wonderfully quick finish. I chose to use Black Crow by GAST for this piece. At first I found the monochromatic nature a bit boring but then we started watching the first of 3 James Bond movies and next thing you know I was out of thread and nearly done! Perfect tv watching pattern for sure.
Just make a note, if you are using GAST thread be sure to pick up two skeins or use their larger skein. You don’t want to run out in the middle of a movie!!!
I received this pattern in a contest at 123 Stitch from a lady who had finished it. So now that I’m done I’m offering it up there for any other stitchers wanting to try it out. Be sure to check out the message board at www.123stitch.com this weekend if you are interested in it!
Happy stitching! Viv
